Compensation: $16.20/hour + tips

Part-Time and Full-Time Positions Available

Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hospitality-driven Barista to join our team at a charming coffee shop and market in Highland Park. In addition to crafting high-quality coffee and espresso beverages, this role includes preparing fresh, quick-serve dishes from our small-footprint kitchen. Above all else, we are seeking someone who can deliver warm and memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other café beverages with speed and precision
2. Assist with light kitchen duties, including preparing fresh, quick-serve menu items
3. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment
4. Provide attentive and friendly service to every guest
5. Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Qualifications

1. Previous barista or café experience preferred but not required
2. Comfort with multitasking between barista duties and light food prep
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
5. Availability for part-time or full-time shifts, including weekends as needed
