As the VIP Services Executive Director, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with high-value clientele and overseeing the VIP host team dedicated to delivering exceptional service. This is a unique opportunity to shape the VIP experience in a luxury setting, enhancing the brand’s prestige and client loyalty.
Lead and manage the VIP services team to create memorable guest experiences from initial contact to event conclusion.
Develop and execute strategic initiatives targeting VIP clientele to drive business growth and revenue.
Establish and maintain relationships with influencers, celebrities, and high-value clients.
Analyze guest feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement in VIP offerings.
Work closely with marketing and events teams to customize experiences and promotions for VIP customers.
Implement training programs for the VIP host team to ensure exceptional service standards.
Monitor key performance indicators and report on VIP services performance.
Represent the company at high-profile events and networking opportunities.
Experience in Las Vegas or other major luxury hotel markets.
Established network among influencers, celebrities, and luxury clients.
Familiarity with CRM and reservation systems to enhance guest relationship management.
