This position may be filled at one of the three levels based on knowledge, skills, and abilities. The entry salary is posted above, with the Intermediate starting salary of $56,712.48, and a Senior starting salary of $61,249.44.

What you’ll do:

• Be part of a team that is primarily responsible for the administration of Exchange Online and email security services while also supporting the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot and Power Platform.
• Be part of a team that manages and troubleshoots Teams integrated video conferencing systems and equipment across multiple locations to ensure seamless communication and productivity throughout the organization.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt through on-the-job training, continuously improving skills and knowledge to better support users and enhance platform utilization.
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement best practices for using these tools effectively, including creating user guides and training materials.
• Stay updated with the latest features and updates of Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, OneNote, Copilot and Power Platform, and proactively share knowledge with the team.

All you need for success:

Minimum Qualifications

• 60 credit hours toward a related Bachelor's Degree, or
• Associate’s Degree: Business Administration, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or
• High School Diploma or GED/HiSET, and two years of experience in computer systems, repairs, and operations

Special Working Conditions:

• Job requires occasional, statewide, overnight travel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of or willingness to learn Exchange Online, Proofpoint Email Security Services and Video Conferencing Administration along with the remainder of the M365 platform
• Team player, good work ethic and eagerness to improve skills
• Excellent communication, time management, organizational and design-making skills
• Ability to collaborate with varying levels of professional staff, consultants, and partners
