Location: Waltham, MA (Onsite)

Reports to: Director, Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in supporting the growth of the PHX3 Collective by managing full-cycle recruitment for corporate positions and salaried hospitality roles across multiple entities. This position is based in our Waltham, MA office and will partner closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to attract, engage, and hire top talent

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned corporate and hospitality positions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
2. Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide guidance on best practices.
3. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
4. Maintain accurate and timely candidate data in the applicant tracking system.
5. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
6. Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing strategies.
7. Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
8. Stay informed on industry trends and competitive market practices to enhance recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
2. 2+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in corporate and/or hospitality environments.
3. Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with major job boards and social platforms.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
6. Experience with applicant tracking systems.
