We drive responsible innovation and are the industry's leading abuse fighters. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $166,000-$244,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more aboutbenefits at Google ( . **Responsibilities** + Scope, design, test, and deploy new features and components that leverage AI to automate and enhance T&S operations, enabling teams to scale their user protection impact efficiently. + Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring a high-quality user experience. + Work across the stack from building AI models, to performing experiments, improving quality, building infrastructure and tools, etc. + Collaborate cross-functionally to solve ambiguous, testing, and impactful problems at the intersection of technology, automation, user protection, and AI. + Participate in code reviews, receive and give constructive feedback to peers.
