If so, you might be FourFront’s next SEO Specialist.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical thinker who loves asking “why” and wants to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a hands-on role in improving our client’s digital presence through research, analysis, and strategic optimization. You’ll work on a mix of technical SEO, content strategy, and analytics—supported by experienced mentors and cutting-edge tools.

• Analyze websites and develop data-driven SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword, competitor, and content research.
• Identify and address technical SEO issues.
• Create content recommendations and outlines for landing pages and blogs.
• Analyze data to deliver clear, actionable client reports.
• Participate in client calls and presentations.
• Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketing teams to drive measurable results.
• Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

 

Requirements

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience developing and executing SEO campaigns.
• 1+ years of client-facing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and keyword research platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and comfort working with data.
• Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, etc.) and schema markup.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude, curiosity, and a drive to keep learning.

Bonus Points For

• Experience with Google Ads or other paid media platforms.
• Agency experience.
• Proficiency with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and SQL.
• Solid understanding of web design or development fundamentals.
