In this role, you will be the key player in leading the development of innovative packaging solutions for various brands. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will manage numerous projects, driving sales and enhancing brand loyalty through effective packaging strategies. Accountabilities

• Lead the development of packaging for owned brands and exclusive partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver optimal packaging solutions.
• Drive sustainability initiatives by selecting eco-friendly materials and methods.
• Manage multiple packaging projects to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Conduct market research and consumer testing to inform packaging design.
• Ensure compliance with corporate sustainability commitments and legislative requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities through effective material and design choices.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in packaging engineering or related field.
• Experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG), with a preference for plastics.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong prioritization and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong passion for engineering and design.
• Proficient in Artios CAD and SOLIDWORKS; certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
