What You’ll Be Doing: - Lead and mentor on-site teams across multiple communities, ensuring high performance and engagement.
- Build vibrant, resident-centered communities — not just buildings, but true neighborhoods.
- Own the operational and financial success of your region, including occupancy, rent growth, and expense control.
- Drive leasing performance, maximize renewals, and oversee resident satisfaction.
- Partner with home office teams to plan and execute capital projects and long-term improvements.
- Uphold and embody the Monarch culture throughout your region.
- Ensure proactive employee relations and talent development.
What We’re Looking For: - 6+ years of experience in multifamily housing management
- Demonstrated success managing multiple communities
- Proven leadership experience with teams of 15+ employees
- Strong financial acumen with full understanding of regional P&L management
- Solid knowledge of multifamily maintenance operations
- A hands-on, solutions-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Ability to live and work in Wichita, KS
Compensation & Benefits: - Base Salary: $90,000 – $105,000/year DOE
- Up to $12,000/year in Quarterly Bonuses
- 401(k) with up to 3% annual match
- Tuition reimbursement & paid training programs
- Generous PTO:
- Year 1: 80 hours
- Years 2–4: 120 hours
- 5+ years: 160 hours
- 3-week paid sabbatical every 5 years or 2-week pay bonus
- 8 Paid Holidays + 2 Half-Day Holidays + Your Birthday or Work Anniversary Off
- Medical Insurance: Only $45/month through Blue Cross
