General Summary

Join GRT Financial as a Recruiter responsible for driving high-quality, high-volume hiring across a fast-growing organization. In this critical role, you will own the full recruiting lifecycle: partnering with leaders, shaping candidate experience, and building strong talent pipelines that fuel organizational performance.

You will be the consultative partner to hiring managers, ensuring alignment between business needs and talent strategies. This position requires a sharp eye for talent, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

Full-Cycle Recruiting & Talent Strategy

  • Manage the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned roles across multiple business units.

  • Partner with leaders to understand role requirements, team needs, and success profiles.

  • Build sourcing strategies tailored to job families to attract high-quality, diverse talent.

  • Conduct thorough phone screens to assess candidate competencies, motivations, and fit.

  • Deliver a clear, engaging, and timely experience for every candidate.

  • Serve as the primary point of communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring transparency at every stage.

  • Guide candidates through salary expectations, role details, and job transitions.

  • Consult with hiring managers on interview structure, evaluation criteria, and selection decisions.

  • Provide data-driven insights on candidate pools, market trends, and time-to-fill expectations.

  • Maintain strong relationships with leadership through consistent updates and talent market feedback.

  • Leverage job boards, employee referrals, networking, and creative outreach strategies to build steady candidate pipelines.

  • Proactively identify future hiring needs and source ahead of demand.

  • Ensure recruiting processes are compliant with regulatory requirements and internal controls.

  • Maintain accurate, organized data within the ATS to support reporting, audits, and hiring metrics.

  • Support high-volume recruiting efforts with urgency, ownership, and precision.

  • Partner with HR and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and transition for new hires.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives that enhance hiring effectiveness and TA operations.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; HR, Business, or related field preferred.

  • 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced or high-volume environments.

  • Experience recruiting in financial services, call centers, customer-facing roles, or related industries is a strong plus.

  • Demonstrated proficiency sourcing candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, job boards, ATS systems).

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and build rapport quickly.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple searches simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in multi-state environments.

  • Familiarity with PEO environments (Insperity, ADP, etc.).

  • Prior experience hiring for consumer finance, legal, settlements, or client-facing roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, interpret, and communicate recruiting metrics.
