Keller Williams Marquee — Competitive Cost Structure

• Company Dollar Cap (Solo/Rainmaker): $10,000
• Team Member Cap (under a Rainmaker/Team model): $5,000
• KWRI Franchise Royalty: 6% capped at $3,000 annually (standard KW structure)
• Standard KW tech/platform access (Command) — low monthly fee

You keep more, faster, with low caps and scalable team leverage. What You’ll Do

• Work high-intent leads and sphere using proven follow-up systems
• Take listings, host consults/open houses, and write/negotiate offers
• Execute TRG Homes’ client experience from first contact to close
• Track activities and results; lean into coaching and accountability
• Contribute to team culture and community presence

What We’re Looking For

• Active Illinois Real Estate License
• Recent production (or a strong current pipeline) and a growth mindset
• Strong conversion, communication, and follow-through
• Local market knowledge, reliable transportation, flexible schedule

Compensation

• Commission-based with team opportunities supporting 20–30+ closings/yr
• Low cap structure, scalable leverage, and no ceiling on income
