The personal assistant will go through Human Resources as part of the official hiring process, yet I and my partner will influence the process greatly as we will be interacting with the candidate on a daily basis. Interpersonal skills are a must, as well as being highly efficient in the office setting to deal with daily scheduling, traveling schedules, communications with high level clients, associates, and even government personnel too.
