IT Director

DRCG provides cleared technical support staff throughout the United States with corporate offices in Ashburn, Virginia. DRCG offers expertise in Systems Integration (SI), Information Technology (IT) solutioning, Program Management, Risk Management, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), Requirements Engineering, Workflow Solutioning, and Business Consulting Services. Established in 2016, DRCG is 100% US owned and predominately supports the DoJ, DoW, and DHS. DRCG optimizes client investments by leveraging expertise to better manage the growth and transformation of existing IT environments.

DRCG is looking for a full-time -exempt IT Director to lead our IT operations, oversee infrastructure (on-prem & cloud), and support 800-171 and CMMC compliance. The IT Director will develop IT strategy, manage corporate IT, guide program IT teams, and introduce innovations to support company goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Management or related field
• 7-10+ years of overall experience in the IT field
• 3-5 years of proven IT leadership in a management role
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Microsoft 365 administration and operations (to include all M365 applications)
  • Endpoint management
  • Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Network Architecture/Engineering/Administration
  • System Architecture/Engineering/Administration
  • Vulnerability scanning / patch management
  • Virtualization
  • Ticketing Systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
• Technical solutioning expertise
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Must be a US citizen

Additional Qualifications/Requirements:

• Knowledge of and experience with 800-171 and CMMC requirements
• Experience integrating security into engineering, DevOps, and cloud environments
• Understanding security frameworks, standards, and best practices
• Management of complex implementation of enterprise-wide IT projects
• Experience holding technical teams accountable
• An active/current DoW Secret clearance or higher or the ability to successfully meet the requirements to obtain one sponsored by our company

Work Hours:

This position is a hybrid position with authorized teleworking 2 days a week. Travel to one of our client sites may be necessary on occasion. In person work at our Ashburn, VA location is required 3 days per week.
