In this position youll deliver and oversee high-quality ABA therapy across both virtual and in-home or center-based settings supported by our clinical systems operational teams and a commitment to compassionate client-centered care.

Compensation & Incentives Earn a base salary of $80000 - $95000 plus weekly and monthly bonus opportunities (typically averaging $1000/month)

Your Role & Impact as a BCBA

• Oversee ABA therapy services with a 50/50 split between remote and in-person engagement

• Supervise and support Behavior Technicians virtually and during scheduled in-person visits

• Develop and implement assent-based individualized behavior plans following ABA principles

• Engage parents in their childs therapy with monthly parent training to drive meaningful progress

• Maintain high-quality clinical services through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
