We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of corporate and client-focused events. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of company and client events
Coordinate logistics, schedules, and event materials
Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal departments
Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution
Maintain accurate records, timelines, and event documentation
Contribute creative ideas to enhance event quality and efficiency
