Our AmLaw 100 client is looking to add a high-level Labor & Employment Counsel to its nationally recognized litigation practice. With offices in both DC and New York, this is an opportunity to join a top-tier team handling sophisticated labor and employment matters at the highest levels.
The Role
You’ll advise Fortune 500 clients and cutting-edge companies on complex workplace law issues, including:
Wage and hour compliance (FLSA and state)
Employee relations and internal investigations
Strategic mitigation of legal risk
Drafting and negotiating employment agreements
Navigating ADA and workplace accommodations
Guiding reductions in force and related compliance
You’ll also contribute to high-impact litigation and enforcement matters, backed by deep bench support and resources that few firms can offer.
What You Bring
6+ years of labor & employment or litigation experience from a top-tier law firm
Fluency in federal and state labor and employment laws
Sharp analytical instincts and writing skills that get noticed
A track record of delivering thoughtful, strategic counsel
JD from a top law school and stellar academic credentials
