We want your knowledge and expertise! **Job Summary and Qualifications** Under the direction of the Clinical Practice and Program Directors, the Clinical Practice / Education Specialist is responsible for advancing clinical excellence and quality initiatives through clinical support and the development of education programs. The Specialist provides oversight to ensure compliance and readiness with Medicare conditions of participation, state regulations, and all accrediting body standards (e.g. The Joint Commission). **What qualifications you will need:** + Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date + (RN) Registered Nurse + (DL) Driver License + Bachelors Degree + 5 years experience Required + Preferred 5 years experience in a hospice leadership position.
