This is a high-impact, territory-focused role based in Denver and surrounding areas, requiring deep consultative skills, cross-functional collaboration, and a strong understanding of clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of healthcare clients across the assigned territory
  • Drive service utilization by securing new accounts and expanding within existing high-value groups

  • Serve as a subject matter resource for clients, delivering presentations, training, and in-services as needed
  • Attend key regional and national industry events to engage stakeholders and stay current on market dynamics
  • Own account strategy and depth across a mix of institutional and group-based practices
  • Deliver on key performance metrics, proposals, and territory growth targets
  • Maintain compliance with all internal policies and relevant healthcare regulations

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic account development within health systems or multi-specialty medical groups
  • 3+ years in consultative sales, clinical diagnostics, or medical technology solutions
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling new offerings in regulated, clinical settings
  • Experience with provider adoption processes, including committee approvals or formulary review
  • Highly adept at navigating complex decision-making environments involving clinicians, administrators, and health system stakeholders
  • Strong presentation, communication, and consultative selling skills
  • Hunter mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment
  • Bachelor’s degree required; background in healthcare, life sciences, or related field preferred

This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in the oncology field by providing clarity and hope to patients and healthcare providers through innovative precision oncology solutions.
