We are looking for a reliable and organized Manufacturing Assistant Manager to support daily production operations and help ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills in a fast-paced factory setting.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred).
Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
Prior experience in a managerial or similar leadership role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational software.
Strong organizational, leadership, and team-building skills.
Ability to analyze data and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and adhering to safety protocols.
Essential Functions:
Assist the Manufacturing Manager in managing production operations and ensuring quality standards.
Support production planning and scheduling to meet delivery timelines.
Keep accurate records of production data, inventory, and reports.
Help oversee daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
Assist in hiring, training, and supervising staff; provide ongoing team support.
Support promotional strategies and assist with sales efforts when needed.
Handle documentation, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering necessary supplies.
Prepare regular performance, sales, and operational reports for leadership.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and safety regulations.
Monitor product quality and report issues to the Manufacturing Manager.
Collaborate with production, logistics, and quality departments to ensure operational flow.
May require flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
Assist in training new hires on procedures and safety guidelines.
