The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks to guests in a professional and efficient manner. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. We seek highly motivated team members. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Prepare and serve all food for Bistro guests
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow ABC Laws and complete Alcohol Awareness Training
• Adhere to PCI Compliance for secure payment processing
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor and control inventory levels

Requirements:

• Previous bar tending experience
• Must be 21+
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Mixology, POS systems, and inventory management
• Previous experience in food preparation and delivery
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
