Appliance Repair Technician
Position Summary: We are seeking skilled Appliance Repair Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining home appliances while delivering excellent customer service. Technicians will receive ongoing training to stay up to date with new appliances and technologies, ensuring high-quality and efficient service for customers. Key Responsibilities:
? Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment.
? Provide cost estimates for repairs.
? Communicate effectively with customers regarding services needed.
? Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials.
? Collect payment for work performed.
? Maintain cleanliness and organization of work vehicles.
? Complete customer information and reports accurately.
? Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
? 18 years old with Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
? EPA Type 1 or Universal CFC Certification required.
? Two years of prior experience in appliance repair.
? Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of electrical systems
? Ability to work independently
Education Requirements:
? High school diploma or equivalent

? EPA certification is a plus.
? Strong customer service and communication skills.
? Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
? Punctuality, reliability, and efficiency in completing repairs.
? Attention to detail and pride in work quality.
? Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development.
Location & Compensation:
? Spokane Valley, WA, United States.
? Hourly Range: $20-30 per hour
? Compensation can include bonuses, commissions, and daily guarantee pay (transitioning to commission-based as experience grows).
